The company Management searches a foreign JOINT VENTURE PARTNER. The total cost of the project is $ 15.931 million Dollar. The Company Sponsor Director ready to invest 30% of the total project cost. They need foreign JOINT VENTURE PARTNER for $ 9.5586 million Dollar. This is 100% HALAL Hygienic Composite Meat processing Plant. In Bangladesh for 150 million people there is no composite industrial meat processing plant.
The company name is NBH MEAT PLAN LTD. The company already has all legal license and necessary registration from Bangladesh Government. The Company Registered as an Agro base Industries by the Bangladesh Government. As an Agro base Industries the company get 7 years tax holiday from the Bangladesh Government. Moreover, the company get 15% Incentive on Export amount every year. This is Export oriented Company Registration with Board of Investment under Prime Minister office.
This is very lucrative project now in Bangladesh.
Initially The Company has three-production plant: -
01. Cattle slaughterhouse
02. Rendering Plant- for Meat and Bone Meal.
03. Bio-Fertilizer/ Organic fertilizer Plant.
Within recent future the company planning to establish: -
01. Beef Fattening Project- For Raw materials source of main plant.
02. Catgut Plant ( Surgical Switcher) . 100% Halal.
03. Gelatin Plant.
The all capital machinery & equipments come from " EEC" Country. The European plant suppliers already two times visit in the Project site. Plant Suppliers Country will be Italy-( Main Supplier--Rovani Engineering and Manufacturing s.r.l) U.K, German and Canada ( Jarvis Canada) for cutting Accessories.
The company already purchased 6.5 acres project land and another 2.5 acres proposed for initial three plant.
The company Managing Director has 35 acres own land for Beef Fattening project.
